POLICY

The seller accepts the buyer's order to the express condition that the buyer accepts the terms set out below and be bound by them. PAYMENT

The terms of payment are: cash, direct payment, Visa, Master- Card, Paypal or net thirty (30) days for payment in cash or by check without discount to customers whose credit is approved by our controller. The interest rate of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts (26.8% per year). DELIVERY

All rights, title and interest in the products remain in the seller until the goods have been paid in full. However, the risk of loss of such products will be fully assumed by the buyer from the moment they are assigned to a common carrier and the loss, damage, deterioration or destruction of the goods thereafter shall not release the purchaser of its obligations hereunder. In case of default, the seller has the right to take possession of any goods already delivered and to remove them without notice and without judicial process, in which case all payments previously paid will be credited to the account of the buyer after deducting reasonable costs of rent and costs of repossession, storage and handling of the order of 15% , as appropriate, including legal fees and collection . RETURNS

All returned merchandise must be previously approved in writing by a person authorized to do so. We have no obligation to credit either wholly or in part. If these are not products that we normally keep in stock is our provider will determine the acceptance and return conditions.

TAXES

All taxes of any kind including, without limitation, any excise taxes , sales , use, goods and services or similar taxes that the seller may have to pay, collect or reimburse for others, because of manufacturing , ownership , use or sale of any product sold or service provided hereunder shall be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the amount payable hereunder.

The performance of the obligations of the seller may be suspended in cases of force majeure, without the seller is liable to the purchaser for any damages or loss arising from such delay.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Subject to the following, the Seller warrants that the products sold by it hereunder will conform to applicable specifications and standards of the industry and that the title is free of any security or bond. SELLER'S LIABILITY IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY NATURE (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ALLEGEDLY SUFFERED BY THE BUYER.

INDEMNITY
